These physicians provide personal advice, suggest treatment

within 24 hours, with most arriving within 4 hours.

A. No, members are never charged for services received
through Doctors Online. Members may use this service
repeatedly and incur no fees.

A. Yes, members of Doctors Online may receive information
delivered through e-mail, such as health tips, links
to other healthcare resources and responses from physicians
for "general health information" requests.

Is the medical information that members share confidential?
A. Confidentiality of data relating to individual patients
and visitors to this health information website, including
their identity, is respected by Doctors Online. The
website owners undertake to honor or exceed the legal
